November belongs to goose!
Throughout November, our restaurant will serve a festive goose specialty – confit goose leg with potato and spa dumplings, red and white cabbage, and a traditional potato flatbread (lokše). We’ll also offer a selection of young wines that pair perfectly with the dish. Come and enjoy this autumn classic full of tradition and homemade flavor.

A more intimate version of the traditional popular tasting event on the slopes of Pálava – for demanding guests and with limited attendance!
In October 2022, the 18th edition of the Wine Trail took place. We’re thrilled by the interest in this event – the number of participants is now approaching 500! On the other hand, we carefully listen to those who fondly remember the early, more intimate editions.
That’s why, in March 2012, we decided to establish a new spring tradition. The concept remains the same, but we’ve limited participation to 80 people, which also allows us to host the entire event within Hotel Pavlov throughout the day and evening.
