2) Consent to the provision of personal data

I, as a user of the websites www.pavlof.cz and www.hotelpavlov.cz, hereby give consent in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data to the controller: PAVLOF s.r.o., ID: 26911442, based in Brno (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), for the processing and use of my personal data by:

• the controller and any employee of the controller
• and potentially by other providers of processing software, services, and applications

This consent is granted for the duration of the provision of services under the Framework Cooperation Agreement.

The purpose of processing personal data set by the controller, for which I give this consent, is:

• sending business offers from the controller
• marketing purposes
• inclusion of personal data in the database for contract fulfillment purposes
• provision of services, especially receiving inquiries, processing them, delivery, payment transactions, billing, communication with the customer during the inquiry process, etc.

I declare that all provided data is accurate, truthful, and given voluntarily.

The controller declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and process it only for that purpose.

The controller declares that personal data will be processed in the following ways:

• via computers and computer programs
• in written form

This consent is a free and informed expression of the data subject’s will, granting permission for the processing of their personal data.

• request information about what personal data we process,
• request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data,
